Introduction :
Die Coat-50 is a special water base light refractory coating. It has a good mould release property.
Application :
It is mainly used in non-ferrous industry for easy removal of casting from the mould.

How To Use :
Clean the mould / die / tool. Remove dust, oil and rust.
Stir it thoroughly before use..
Apply Diecoat – 50 with a brush on the surface, the coating can be in several layers if required.

Precautions :
This coating is not dangerous to skin but hand gloves should be use while handling and using it. Hands should be washed after use.
