Furnace Cleaning Flux is used to clean furnace walls and crucibles.
Description :
Furnace Cleaning Flux is available in Blue Powder Form.
QUANTITY TO BE USE :
Depends on the thickness of aluminium layer on walls.
METHOD OF USE :
Sprinkle Furnace cleaning Flux on the walls of Furnace/Crucibles.
Wait for 10 minutes, Furnace Cleaning Flux would react with hot Aluminium Metal.
Slowly Aluminium Metal will run down the walls and will get mixed with liquid aluminium in furnace.
Further Walls can be cleaned with Scrapper.
