Introduction
Brass Cover-55 is a white powder. It is metal recovery flux for brass & gunmetal.
Application :
It is mainly used in foundries melting copper alloys such as brass & gunmetal
It is used in bulk quantity in large copper alloy melting units depending upon the application.

How To Use :
Add the requisite quantity of Brass Cover-55 ( 1% of the charge by weight ) alongwith the charge and balance 1% after melt is ready.
When the metal is ready, add balance amount of Brass Cover-55 and raise the temperature slightly.
Mix the Flux properly with the melt, it will generate dross. Skim it off and pour the metal.

Precautions :
Use Hand gloves while using and handling fluxes.
