CKCO Anti-spatter is used in welding process. It is normally applied on the surface to be welded and then welding is done. During welding, sparks or spatters during welding get stick on the surface of plate to be welded. Process of removing such particles is grinding or chipping which is time consuming and it creates scratches on the surface. So to avoid this type of situation, anti-spatter is applied to the surface before welding. It works as a layer between spatters and surface, so spatters float on the surface and hence later on they can be cleaned or removed by simply rubbing a cloth on it.
